Packaging and Shipping
- Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and make sure all labels are intact.
- Include the return form along with any required documents or photos.
- Download the return label from the link sent to you by email and print it out.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or does not match its description. In those cases, Men Breeze will cover the return shipping costs.
Detailed Return and Refund Conditions

Change of mind: If you change your mind after purchase, you may return the product within 45 days, provided it is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

Defective products: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service immediately. Men Breeze will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or refund the purchase price.

Damaged products: If the product arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damage within 48 hours. We will review the case and cover the return shipping costs if necessary.

Wrong product: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us so we can arrange the return and get the correct product to you.

Product not received: If the product never arrives, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier. If the product cannot be located, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement.

Order cancellation: You can cancel your order before it ships. If it has already shipped, please follow the return procedure once you receive the product.
Damaged or defective product policy: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours and send us photos of the issue. After review, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
Undamaged product policy: If you change your mind, you may return an unused and undamaged product within 45 days, provided it is in its original packaging.

Exceptions to the Right of Return
The following products cannot be returned:
- Personalized or made-to-order products
- Hygiene products (e.g. socks, underwear), unless they are unopened and unused
